About the Company
NetSpeed Leadership is a service of Clay & Associates Inc., which is headquartered in Seattle, WA. The company was founded in 1992 by Cynthia Clay. In the past five years, the company has grown from a single location in the Pacific Northwest to include a network of regional offices in 13 states, plus Canada and Europe.

Clay & Associates’ flagship product is NetSpeed Leadership, a training and development program dedicated to meeting the learning needs of managers, supervisors, and individual contributors in small to mid-sized organizations. Our programs blend interactive instruction techniques with online reinforcement and measurement tools to extend learning beyond the classroom and apply it to on-the-job challenges. With this holistic approach, our clients quickly launch programs, train participants, reinforce skills, and measure the impact.

The company is an approved GSA Vendor on the Federal Supply Schedule for Training and Management Consulting Services.

About the Founder – Cynthia Clay
In her 23 years in training and management development, Cynthia Clay has trained, coached, and mentored thousands of employees and trainers at hundreds of companies. Ms. Clay has assisted clients in dozens of industries, including manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, entertainment, banking, technology, health care, construction, higher education, and the public sector. Cynthia began her career as a training manager and has held multiple positions in human resources and management development. From 1992 she provided customized management development and organizational development services throughout the Pacific Northwest. She developed NetSpeed Leadership in 2000 because she wanted to capitalize on electronic technology to enhance and extend the classroom learning experience. Ms. Clay is a highly sought-after speaker at industry conferences and a recognized expert in the field of blended learning strategies and the development of emerging leaders.
