Smart Quotes on Implementing Training Solutions

Back to Index of Newsletters

From NetSpeed Leader Volume 22, April 2005

Good, solid needs assessment paves the way for great training results. It ensures that the best training solutions are chosen, the best participants attend, and the best results can be expected AND produced. Resist the temptation to minimize your needs assessment activities in order to respond to urgent delivery requests. Taking the time to determine the causes of performance deficits up front will pay you much greater dividends in the long run.
