NetSpeed Leadership provides three price plan options, tailored to the size and availability of internal training resources of your organization, so there is a price plan that will work for every organization.

I. Workshop Program – ideal for organizations that do not have internal trainers available

Under this program, there are three cost components:

Facilitation fee – for the external NetSpeed Leadership facilitator’s delivery of the workshop session.
NetSpeed Administrator set up fee: a web-based tracking and measurement tool to track the usage of online reinforcement tools and overall training impact. (This is a 1x fee per organization. Subsequent workshops would not incur this fee.)
Participant materials – based on the number of participants trained. Materials include: participant workbook, job aid card, NetSpeed e-zine, web-based reinforcement tools: NetSpeed On The Job and NetSpeed Coach. NetSpeed Leadership provides printing of all participant materials.

II. Program Library Program – ideal for organizations that have internal trainers able to conduct delivery

Under this program, there are three 1X costs to get started and one variable cost.

1X Upfront costs:

Train-The-Trainer certification fee, to certify your own internal trainers to deliver NetSpeed Leadership to your employees.
Program Library Facilitation Materials: a complete program library with facilitator guides for all 23 NetSpeed Leadership modules. Each trainer certified must have their own program library.
NetSpeed Administrator set up fee: a web-based tracking and measurement tool to track the usage of online reinforcement tools and overall training impact.

Variable cost:
There is just one variable cost component – the cost of Participant Materials. These materials include the following: participant workbook, job aid card, NetSpeed e-zine, web-based reinforcement tools: NetSpeed On The Job and NetSpeed Coach. NetSpeed Leadership provides printing of all participant materials.

III. Site License Program – ideal for organizations planning to train large numbers of employees

For large numbers of participants, the site license is your most cost-effective solution. In this program there is a flat 1X site license fee per NetSpeed Leadership module for unlimited usage for a period of two years. One flat price for unlimited use of any given NetSpeed Leadership module. Discounts apply for site licenses of 7 or more modules. In the site license option, your organization handles printing of all program materials.
