Tim has been with NetSpeed Learning Solutions since 2001 (with a brief detour to explore the work of high tech startups). For much of the past 20+ years, Tim has been responsible for directing the sales and marketing operations at companies in the publishing, high tech and Internet sectors. He has trained, coached, and mentored several hundred employees and managers in these fast-paced organizations.

Tim is a past President of Sales & Marketing Executives (SME) of Seattle, and past Chairman of The Distinguished Sales & Marketing Awards of Puget Sound. He holds a BA degree in Communications from the University of Virginia, as well as an MBA in Marketing and a Juris Doctor from Ohio State University.

After moving here in 2000 from the South, Lisa Gallo has enjoyed making the Pacific Northwest her home. She has spent most of her professional career in theatre, television, film, commercial, print, and industrial video performance.

Her Bachelor's degree in elementary education has expanded her almost 25 years of teaching experience and working in the arts by instructing in almost every major children's theatre company in each city she has lived in, Seattle included. She also taught numerous styles of dance and acrobats at her own dance studio for five years, shared playwriting skills in the Czech Republic with high school students from 22 different countries, toured with numerous theatre companies, including a year with the world's largest children's theatre company, Missoula Children's Theatre and was a professional storyteller for Scholastic Books.

Kelly Francis, based in Bermuda, brings 18 years experience to the human resource and organizational change management industry.
